It's pretty tough to get the panels apart after they're snapped together, but you can do it by pushing the three tabs inward on the inner cylinder.

Object Parts
My 3 year old daughter made this "helicopter" from the bearing and some other panels. The only hard part for young kids seems to be that some panels are hard to click together for small hands.
