The Foul Spawn, an amorphous leech-pox being of bulbous pustulent sacks, tendrils, and protruding leech-like appendages that stalks the fume-riddled tunnels of the sewer network. It is unknown their exact origin or from which abomination of science was this thing spawned from. And yet, over time, it matured and bred all over the sewers, appearing to have become central figures of the sewer-hierarchy, seen as faithful devotees of whatever horror the foul dwellers worship.
By vibrating their tendrils, they emit strange moan-like hums in synchronous repetition that resemble a preach or mantra of sorts. This hum, accompanied by a concentrated cloud of deadly fumes, seems to act as a call of offering, as it is soon followed by waves of crawlers that overwhelm the poor soul seen by the multitude of reddish-orange eyes of the hideous spawn. The victim falls into a deep, death-like slumber, carried away to the dark depths. Yet, death is all that it will wish for when they later wake up to see the horror they're about to be offered to.
