I've had a few issues with winged minis in the past (harpies etc) where individual feathers were lost during the support removal. This had no such issues, with all of the details still being maintained after cleanup. The base fits snugly, and the mini is well balanced for a flat encounter map (it may topple on rougher or more angular terrain). Additionally, it was a really nice mini to paint, so I'm very happy with my choice!
