Description
This painted wood sculpture (43cm in height) depicts a penguin with a fletchling. The sculptor, Vasily Vatagin, was well known for this works depicting animals. From graduating with a Ph.D at The Moscow Statue University in zoology, he instead turned to painting and started his career as an artist from there.
