Torok, The Tortle Bloodhunter
Torok, a brutal bloodhunter that set out from his colony hunting monstrosities. He was brought into an ancient order that works with others to protect the world from planar outsiders.
Wielding dark blood magic and a deadly spiked maul, he has pieces of plate armor bolted to him for extra protection. He was trained by his order to slay monsters of all kinds.
His branch of the order he serves has a unique way to fight the creatures that plague Middinheim. A blessing or curse from an old bloodline, the greatest warrior of the colony is granted the power of the dragon turtle that protects the world from the horrors of the depths.
This gives the warrior the ability to embody the rage and power of the dragon turtle. Transforming themselves temporarily into a were-dragon-turtle beast. They must control this power and never give into it completely or they may become a monster like they once hunted.

My interpretation of this. On of the first paint jobs I did. My group battled this tortle druid today as the BBEG of a one-shot as the protector of a dragon egg.
