This set has been a long time coming. When Carl started with Aether Studios several years ago, he said he wanted to do a meso-american set. I told him to slow his horses, Aztlan was already our biggest set. But Carl was patient, and the more I thought about it and saw his incredible work, the more I was sure. Carl was the person to make the next iteration of Aztlan.
This set has been updated multiple times since the initial release, with a specific intention. The original Aztlan set was huge, with “everything you need” spread far and wide throughout the series. This set’s intention is the opposite. All the 2x2 tiles you will be in this set, and larger 4x4 models will make up the expansions. That does mean this set will keep growing, and you’ll have to keep downloading new files. So, sorry about that. Sorta. Not really. We love the tiles and we love you loving the tiles.
TERRAIN RECOMMENDED PRINT SETTINGS
Layer Size: 0.15mm minimum. 0.1mm recommended.
Infill: 10% for all models recommended
Top/Bottom Layers: 9 (or 0.9mm if using a different layer size than 0.1mm)
Side Shell Count: 2 (or 0.8mm if using a different nozzle size than 0.4mm)
