I wasn't sure if I was going to use this building, but I did and glad I did. Great detail as always from 3DLayerdscenery. I may also use it for a warehouse in other scenes. Don't have the Quay Walls finished but here is the building after I just finished painting and sealing it. The sign was a disaster when printing as I didn't add any support to the free floating sign. Something to keep in mind for FDM printers. I'm good with not having it on.
