Swarmhosts are members of the Anthrothrax strain, grotesque matrons overseeing the birth of eldarch young - pale, gross, wriggling larvae emerging from spawning pools hidden in underground hive-cities. Larvae that manage to survive the rigors of childhood will eventually bond with the symbiotic carapaces that will remain a part of them forever.

When I heard that BattleYak was making an addition to the Primal Heart line, I was excited. The hornets were what brought me to BattleYak in the first place and I’ve been a fan since. So, hearing that there’s gonna be more how couldn’t I get excited? But, what would be the “pin up” for this line? Would I get more like the hornets or no? Well, let’s just say when I saw this thing I was stunned. Here was a large, freaky insectoid monster with giant boobs. I had found what was gonna lead the hornets into battle, and the final boss that my big tittied ladies would have to face. I pulled out all the stops, even putting the body of an unfortunate warrior on her base. I wanted to make her a horrifying monster but, not overcomplicate things. So, I scaled back some of the details and effects. None of that changed how cool and crazy this sculpt was with the big gaping maw in its bell. This mini was the perfect addition for me and I look forward to using it my games. I can’t praise it enough.
