Used a clear PLA for the Skull and then Orange PETG for the Brain. It was a super hard puzzle to actually put together. A real Brand Burner. Awesome design!

Great model! I started the print as soon as I sapw it. I used translusent green and added two LED strips. Second half is still printing.

I have a full size print ongoing but run out of PLA and delivery is taking too long... while waiting i've printed a 50% version.

Finished printing it and it made for a fun puzzle. Hoping this will make an awesome gift. Made the easy version with the white being solid and pink as puzzle pieces.

This print is MASSIVE. Do not print the skull with 20% infill, it took like 30 hours... I realized this 16 hours into the print, but it was too late to cancel. I ran out of filament mid-print, but I think it looks cool with the black stripe...

We printed this on the Tyler Public Library's Polyprinter 229. We printed this for the 200th Anniversary of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.

Printed the skull w/ Atomic black PLA and the puzzle pieces with Amethyst Violet Gemstone PLA. 3 wall shells on the translucent to hide the infill. Some of the puzzle pieces were tricky to successfully print, but persistence paid off. Tricky puzzle even w/ the completed half as a "cheat sheet"!

Fun print for my wife who loves puzzles. Also printed the skull cap which fit perfectly.

Scaled up to 11 x 17 x 15 [cm] and printed in ERYONE Glitter Blank and Silk Gold. After puzzling around, I found a way to put all 52 pieces on my 30 x 30 cm build plate. But for security reasons, I printed the left and right part separately - Ruining all parts at once with one layer shift could be very annoying. Great model with a challenging puzzle experience. Thanks a lot for the files! Pro Tip: I rotated the pieces in order to need minimal supports. But on some parts this leads to scruffy surfaces, caused by the print orientation. For a second print, I would rather check the final orientation of each part in the brain and then rotate it, to optimize the print surface. Then you can hide the seam on the backside. Also try to avoid a round top surface (along the z axis).

Amazing model, thank you! I love the result with multiple color filement. I should have choose a lower layer height than 0.28, but it was already a 40h print as is... 1 piece had 2 in its name, so I printed it twice, and was confused for a while untill I realised it was probably version 2 and didn't need to be printed twice :).

Is good and hard to solve it

Thank you for such an awesome model! It took about 90 hours in total for everything split up over 5 different prints. The finished model weights 621 grams (hah!) and I had 50 grams of supports. I printed the brain at .16mm layer height and the skull and cap at .20mm layer height, everything with 20% infill. I used tree supports for the skull cap and regular supports for the pieces that needed it. It's hard to stop playing with it and my family loves it. I used IIIDMax PLA+ filament in Candy Red and Mystic Purple. The person I made this version for is involved with the Epilepsy Foundation and red & purple are the colors of the foundation. What a beast of a print, so cool.

Hi, I wanna share with you the way I made your model using SLA printer. Only thing is that I made all parts 70% smaller and the brain parts should be maybe 71 or 72% smaller than the upper skull would close property. Now it's all tight, but still works. Anyway, this is a great model and I love it. It was a present gift.
