I advice to use a brim, and support( only to platform) at around 80 degree overhang. Otherwise you'll have to remove to much (unnecessary)support. Please always preview the model in your slicer.

Design process
To make a voronoi pattern on a model like this i discovered you had to make it a solid first in Meshmixer (first i had no idea). The rest was a piece of cake! .. .if you follow a tutorial about this meshmixer tool (make pattern), you will learn the skill in under 15 minutes.

If you have learned this skill and, you find that you have not enough triangles to work with; try remesh function in meshmixer after you select all objects (ctrl A)..
