This was produced as a teaching material that can explain the basic structure and function of the โV-type 12-cylinderโ engine installed in world-famous air fighters such as the "Spitfire" and "P-51" in the 1940s and 1950s referring Internet information.
Well-known engines with this type of structure are "Merlin" and "V-1650".
A. Features of this model are;

ใโก. Over Head Cam and Valve mechanism (4 valves changed to 2 valves type)
ใโข. Crankshaft (1 piece) and Rod assembly
ใโฃ. Reduction Gears (Spur Gear type)
ใโค. Supercharger gears and Impeller (1 stage, 2 speed) - (Early type)
ใโฅ. Manifold type Intake Duct
ใโฆ. Exhaust Pipes (Individual type)
ใโง. Coolant Pump and Piping
ใโจ. Simplified Accessories (Propeller, Carburetor, Magneto and Starter etc.)
ใโฉ. It can be rotational by finger from Starter or Propeller.
B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 30 pages)
The detail assembly manual including "Parts-List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure" are prepared based on "Standard Skill (Filing, Drilling, Tapping and painting)".
The manual is including the all procedures to assemble with all parts.

ใใMy models were printed by "idbox" using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA.
