Description
Asymmetric carabiner with internal hook. Inspired by the mas design titanium carabiners.
Printed with MadeSolid green PET+. 70mm with a 17mm gate.
Of course these are non-load bearing. If you need something strong, Trango, Metolius, Mammut, and quite a few other companies make some very nice aluminum carabiners.
Instructions
The design uses gaps of 0.2mm which may fuse together with some printers/filaments. It's designed to work with MadeSolid PET+. ABS and PLA aren't flexible / elastic enough for the hinge (it will work, but the hinge will be fragile)

Printed in blue PETG, 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer, 25% infill, gyroid, 300 speed. The idea is interesting. Unfortunately, the layers of the model were sintered, the lock broke when separated, and a crack appeared at the base of the latch. That is, the printed carabiner works, but does not latch. Printed from PETG seems too soft to be of any use, the base of the latch is too thin. Another carbine by this author turned out much better.
