The Banner-Bearer drifts forward with a tattered, unmarked standard. Once a symbol of duty, it is now a blank shroud fluttering in dead winds. Its presence gathers the spirits, as though rallying them to a memory they no longer recall. 🏳️
Beside him floats the Skull-Lyrist, a phantom whose music binds the Host more tightly than chains. He plays a lira crafted from a horned skull, its strings humming with an otherworldly resonance. The mournful sound awakens buried memories in the dead and spreads dread among the living. 🎶
The Flame-Wraith is the most terrible of the trio — a spirit burning from within and without. Born from soldiers consumed by fire, it strides like a walking pyre. Its flames do not warm; they only illuminate the Host’s path and incinerate those who stand against them. 🔥
Together they guide the wanderers of the No Man’s Land not as commanders, but as omens — remnants of unfinished duty and death without closure.
