I absolutely LOVE this model. I’ve been working on it for a while now, bit by bit. The hardest part was figuring out the colors to use for Hideauz herself. Once I got her done, the rest was pretty easy. The thing I think I like the most about it is the narrative I can easily imagine behind it. Imagine we have our gorgeous, sexy heroine subdued and defeated by this monstrous creature, and now she’s about to meet her untimely end at the hands of this monstrous parody of femininity. I'll also add that I always found the creepy, sexy female creatures BattleYak does pretty fascinating and kinda a curiosity. Not gonna lie about that. It also helps that BattleYak does as great a job as they do with making them. They feel smooth and organic, not overly detailed. They have a sort of softness to them where it matters, and I like that. Honestly, I just wish we got an alternative pose for Hideauz so she can be used in a different context from "about to sacrifice someone." But, overall, I just love the sculpt. The sexiness, the drama, and even the horror, to an extent. Just be warned that the altar itself can come out lopsided. Mine did, anyway, but it's hard to notice from the angle I took the pics from. Ironically, it was also the perfect angle to take a picture from anyway.
