Description
Muttering incomprehensible words and sayings,
these kobolds are utterly loyal to the empress, they
are also known as mad and crazy. Alchemy is their
field and skill. Crafters of different types of potions
and magical liquids, these kobolds tend to throw
bottles of poisonous ore, they usually carry bottles of
the five elements of the chromatic dragons. Daring
adventurers are paid a great amount of coins for
killing one of these kobolds and bringing its
belongings to the underground market.
