Most of his clients know him only as "The Petals." He's got this thing where he leaves rose petals on the eyes of his marks. This, of course, makes it very clear that the deceased have been assassinated and not just accidentally tripped and fallen backwards repeatedly onto a blade. As such, he generally only gets hired by governments and organizations that are trying to send a message. If he's after you, you can be sure that you have angered someone very, very powerful.
