Square 300x300 not the best print and i had some issues but none that couldnt be fixed

First one finished and assembled, just got to get it on the wall now and full of minis.

First prototype. Assembly of the side supports with M4 metrics nuts is a bit fiddly, but otherwise everything came together without issues. Printet on Anycubic Kobra.

Yes, I used 1 deep pieces and 2 std depth pieces to make it effectively 6 std pieces deep. I had to end up gluing the nuts in position. The only way I got this to fit into the frame was for the deep piece to connect to the front bezel and the std sized end to the rear bezel. Hopefully the attached pic explains this a bit better.

Printed two large cases to display my two 40k armies. Each unit is 78cm tall, 38cm wide, and 26cm deep. To add structural strength, I merged the std 200mm length pieces with its respective corners using FreeCAD (so that it formed a single 3d file consisting of 2 corners and a straight) - this reduced the number of joints. Printed using PETG for added strength. The grey case is sanded, filled and sprayed. The green cases is simply using translucent PETG filament.
