Description
Sparticus was a slave-turned-Tracian Gladiator who is best known for his role in the Third Servile War, a major slave uprising against the Roman Republic. Little is known about Spartacus beyong the events of the way, but has been used in popular culture numerous times.
This contemporary statue, carved at the Glazunov Academy in their traditional style, was scanned in collaboration with Thor3D. More metadata about the work will be provided soon.
