A male plantient Spruce Tree.
28mm scale miniature perfect for Mutant Crawl Classics RPG, or other tabletop games. Also includes a Tiny version of the character, and a Large, hulked out version.
Pre-supported and unsupported files included. Also includes simple printable figure bases. BONUS: PDF character sheet for MCC at third level is also included.
In the strange post-apocalyptic world of Terra AD, sometimes even the plants start turning into people. These ‘plantients’ sometimes join local tribes, and particularly powerful ones may even become Seekers, or wandering heroes. Such is the case with Spruce Banner. He is a small and unassuming plantient, but over time his cells have become super-charged with radiation. This has given him the ability to alter his own molecular structure, which he can use to compact himself into a smaller form. But when he becomes angered or outraged, a truly startling metamorphosis occurs: Spruce HULKS OUT, becoming gigantic, far stronger and far more dangerous!
The Mutant Mayhem Minis line of figures was designed for Mutant Crawl Classics RPG, but also go great with DCC, Gamma World, D&D or any game that uses 28mm minis.
Dark-Platypus Studio specializes in making models for role-playing game enthusiasts. Our models are designed to be printed in 28mm scale, the perfect size for Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, or other games that are often played on a 1” grid. They are also designed to stand up to actual tabletop use: no ridiculous spindly bits that look awesome but are going to break the first time someone sneezes. Paint-ability and ease of assembly are also important concerns to our design aesthetic.
Spruce Banner was sculpted as an expansion character for the original Mutant Mayhem Minis line and is a playable character at our convention games. He will also be available at some point as a pewter miniature, but for now is only available here for 3D printing!
