- 140mm miniature
- Includes D&D 5e illustrated stat sheet
Â
Born the eldest son of a cruel emperor, the Faceless King was cast out as an infant due to a curse that twisted and warped his body and mind. Cared for by servants exiled with him, these seconds grew as corrupted as their charge, eventually succumbing to madness and despair.
Now monstrous of height, strength, and broke intellect, the Faceless King aims to return to the realm of his birth and reclaim his rightful crown...

Putting this beast together was a breeze. Such an amazing and awe inspiring model!
Printed perfectly, and was super fun to paint and looks amazing!
Really stoked about this print. Came out with some imperfections (I think I needed to relevel my build plate) But I don't think they're too noticeable. Can't wait to print the next figure from Witchsong :)
Fun to paint and love how it came out!!
Painting based off the art from the stat sheet
Had a lot of fun painting this one, tried to get a "tarnished grandeur" feel to it. Printed a 70% size.
I re-examined the problem to make sure I don't mess something up. Yes the right polearm seems to be 10% shorter, but the arm that is holding it is the same (or even a bit bulkier) than the other. So when I printed the right arm scaled 10% bigger the glaive seems ok, but the visual "bulkiness" difference of the arms is amplified. I am still a bit confused if the problem really exists or not, since others didn't seem to be bothered by it, but I just find the finished model not right. And the rescaled right hand doesn't fit either due to the increased size of the arm.. I'll attach some pictures for visual reference.1. pic.: original sizes next to each other. 2. pic.: right arm scaled to 110.
First time printing and painting a model this big! I had fun!
Fantastic sculpt. An absolute pleasure to paint.
I decided to make a small diorama + added some light and painted a background in oil.
The left arm failed to print twice and the third time I'm not sure since it was very difficult to get it glued properly into the socket. The rest printed for me no problem. There's definitely something wrong with the supports on the left arm around the area past the elbow going up to the shoulder. It likes to detach and pancake in that area. That said it's my favorite miniature I've printed so far in terms of sheer presence and overall aesthetics. They don't have it in the dropdown listing but it was actually printed on an Elegoo Saturn 2, not the original version.
Loved printing and painting this one! Im not the best painter but even then it comes out great. After initial struggles with the presupported files, i chose to create my own supports which worked. All around a 10/10 mini
Really, really love this one. First bigger print that came out flawlessly (apart from a spear breaking, 100% my fault but decided to roll with it).Took some inspiration from other paintjobs I saw here, but wanted something lighter that popped more.Printer on Mars 3 pro.
Great Mini, and my first print. Painted it for a friend and his DnD-campaign. Hope he will slay a few cocky adventurers.
my first print, so much fun to paint :) thank you!
A spectacular "mini", here is my version. Hope you like it. Greetings.
Primarily painted with Army Painter Speedpaints
My first witchsong model, and by far the biggest "mini" I have ever painted. My one complaint it that the thin bits on the fence and the swords in the chest are very fragile. But overall, it was a lot of fun printing and painting this guy. He was primarily painted with Army Painter Speedpaints, with a few other paints for highlights and details.
"No one can recall the kingdom which stood on this hallowed ground, nor the ruler which presided over it. A beneficent king? A ruthless tyrant? Whatever he was, he now stands as it's final guardian, once resplendent filigree and brilliant weapons now battered and decayed. Here resides the Faceless King, and long may he reign." Loved this! An absolute delight to paint.
I didn't want to paint him like the stat block as that much black would hide all of the lovely details. So I went for battered gold armour and a tattered robe of royal colours (deep blues and purples).
My first "proper" resin model. I wanted to go with something other than the Black and Gold from the statblock as I didn't think it would show off all of the detail in the model. So I went for battered Gold armour, a dirty linen face covering and a robe of rags made up from whatever royal colour fabric he could find. I am tempted to repaint the inside of the cloak as it looks like it might be a fur lined cloak as the texture on the inside is different to the outside.
loved it
A really amazing model. had fun painting it.
Scaled down to a 1-inch base for a medium-sized DnD miniature. Even though the model is split in 5 pieces, it joins seamlessly even at 31.5% scale.
Printed on Elegoo Mars 3 Pro. Been painting for a buddy who is using this in their campaign.
Thank you for the very cool stl
This was my first big print and first big paint, and it was a lot of fun! Had some trouble with the left arm, but I still love how it turned out. I recently started using the Elegoo Waterwashable 2.0 and I've been loving it, but it does struggle with supports, often with them not able to actually stay attached to bigger pieces. If you print this with that resin, I recommend manually supporting the left arm and the base, just to avoid these issues. Great model! There are so many details, and everything comes together really well. Gluing everything together went pretty well, as everything is very clear how they attach to each other.
Loved how this came out. Biggest model I've done and couldn't have been more excited to paint it after I printed it.
Really enjoyable to paint. Just need to work out what to use it as now! Something undead for sure!
Very nice model
My first painted 3d resin model
Just a simple paint job. It's too nice a model to leave bare.
I have never had a printed miniature fit together in such a satisfactory, and seamless way. The details are remarkable, and I'm in awe at the design and what must have been very hard work behand this figure. "The Faceless King" by Witchsong Miniatures.
