Hello Everyone

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Frederik Nielsen, a 3D designer with 2 years of experience with digital sculpting. I have an education as a Multimedia Animator but decided after some years of logo designing, game developing, video editing, and social media, to focus more on digital sculpting. I have always loved playing with clay and miniature painting, and have been drawing monsters as soon as I could draw as a little kid.

I hit a point in life some years back where I had extra time and money, and decided to start collecting the good ol' Warhammer, as I did as a kid. But this time I wanted to learn how to play and actually collect an army.

Go forward a year and I had a full army of Nighthaunt, I absolutely loved those models, except for 1 model, the Mourngul. I wanted it to look more like a ghost, and I tried with a whole pack of greenstuff, it did get closer to what I wanted but It wasn't really there.

Then one night I was sitting at my computer, and suddenly had an urge to try and sculpt my own Mourngul, I knew of 3D printing but hadn't done much with it, but I thought, why not try? I sat one evening and just played around with an idea, then when I was done, I kindly just asked in a Nighthaunt player group what they thought about the model, just some plain feedback, and they absolutely loved it, I didn't really expect that amount of feedback I got from it, but man, did it motivate me!

After some feedback, I sculpted it some more and eventually came with the version you can see in my shop, the great Vorgeist model. Such an awesome experience.

I didn't really make new models after that, I just wanted that one and I was happy, but about half a year later, a great miniature painter named Koen Cambré bought my Vorgheist model and painted it, took some amazing photos of it, and shared it, which completely blew off. Before I knew it, I had a company and was making new models for a Kickstarter. I quit my education as a Drafter (whole other story), and started immediately working on my Kickstarter. A dream job, making monsters, who would have thought eh?

Go more forward to the present day and here I am sitting, making even more monsters for all of you, it has been an amazing year. You have all been so amazing, this is truly a dream job.

So what now?

I have recently decided to focus more on miniatures for D&D, this gives me some more creative freedom and I can make some awesome themes that don't have to be proxied for wargames. However, I do still design my miniatures with wargames in mind, so they can be used for both. But I've had custom-made D&D datasheets for each figure, kind of like a Warscroll for Age of Sigmar, but for D&D. So you basically just have to print and paint them and they are ready for your next campaign!

This is the July release, printed and painted, ready to use both for wargames and D&D!

And here is a Datasheet for Lady Arastacia! I am really looking forward myself to try her out in a campaign I'm in.
