The Outback PS-7E Shuttle Pod is an extended variant of the PS-7 Shuttle Pod introduced with the Odyssey starship. It is larger, featuring a small cargo area, more powerful engines, a full suite of control systems, attitude control thrusters, a topside escape hatch, and four fold down jump seats in addition to the pilot and co-pilot positions. The craft is also accessed via a rear ramp, making boarding easy, even for injured passengers.
Although rated at 0.5G, advanced models with a repulsor battery allow a single launch that can make orbit in gravity wells of 1.1G. After, the batteries are drained and the unit must be serviced.
The Shuttle Pod Variant, prints in less than a day and easily fits in the Odyssey's shuttle bay or on your tabletop. It also contains bonus parts to allow the hull to be extended further, adding additional seating or cargo space.
A build plate has been provided which can be imported into Prusaslicer to include supports. It is possible to print in SLA/DLP/resin, but we do not directly support it, the vessel was designed with FDM in mind.
